What is Expert Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)?

This position is responsible for carrying out and managing the management reporting responsibilities within the FP&A Central team function.

The role reports directly to the Head Financial Planning & Management Reporting.

What does Expert FP&A?

• · Responsible for various periodic management reporting to management & HQ
• · Coordinating with various stakeholders within the company for quality deliverables within pre-defined timelines
• · Coordinating with Accounting, Tax & Treasury for working capital & cash flow tracking/reporting
• · Liaison with FP&A business partners and other Finance functions for variance analysis
• · Close coordination & follow up with FP&A business partners for Group reporting of non-financial KPIs
• · Liaising with finance & non-finance stakeholders for group presentation material, communicating expectations & ensuring timely collection of deliverables

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert FP&A?

• · Any Finance related qualification preferably with experience in any of the big 4 firms and/or industry with overall 3+ years’ experience
• · Knowledge of accounting concepts/matters required for month end closing variance analysis and management reporting
• · Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
• · Believes in teamwork and ethical business practices
