Description :

• Implement EPMO policies, procedures, and standards across the project portfolio.

• Manage the governance framework for cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners/consultants.
• Prepare actionable presentations with insights to guide corrective measures and strategic decision-making.
• Create board-level presentations for the Data & Strategy division.
• Engage with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Brands, Pricing, Sales, Finance, Technology, Analytics) to support enterprise projects.
• Continuously improve project processes and outcomes, identifying opportunities for more efficient project management.
• Use project management tools/software to enhance project execution.
• Provide insightful reports and solutions to project challenges, analyzing workflows to recommend improvements when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Requirements

•   Minimum 2+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a PMO role preferred.
• Strong background in cross-functional project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
