We are looking for a Dev Ops Integration Expert who can think beyond conventional development—someone who can blend creativity with technical mastery to deliver next-gen digital solutions that elevate customer engagement across social media, martech, and content platforms.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Fintech & digital & Platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing | Your Impact on 70M+ Customers
- Power Jazz’s Digital Ecosystem – Develop and optimize CMS platforms that enable seamless content management and real-time marketing campaigns.
- Hyper-Personalized Experiences – Build integrations that deliver contextual, AIdriven, and personalized customer interactions across Jazz’s digital touchpoints.
- Scale at 70M+ Level – Work on high-performance, scalable architectures to serve Jazz’s vast customer base.
- Seamless Social Media Integrations – Build deep, API-driven integrations with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Marketing Tech & Automation – Automate content publishing, campaign management, and customer segmentation using CDPs, CRM tools, and AI-based engagement solutions.
- End-to-End Customer Journeys – Enable omnichannel marketing through integrations with JazzCash, App, Web Portals, and WhatsApp tools. • AI-Powered Content & Personalization – Work on automated content recommendations, intelligent chatbots, and predictive customer engagement models.
- SEO & Performance Optimization – Enhance organic reach, content discoverability, and conversion rates through data-driven SEO strategies.

Requirements
Experience and Education
- Education – Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3-4 Years relevant experience
Your Tech Arsenal | What You Need to Succeed
- CMS Mastery – Expertise in EVAM or custom CMS solutions.
- API Integration – Deep experience with Meta Graph API, Twitter API, YouTube API, LinkedIn API, and social media automation tools.
- Programming & DevOps – Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, ReactJS, AngularJS ), PHP, and RESTful/SOAP APIs.Strong hands-on expertise in developing backend applications using the Spring Boot framework, Hibernate, and Spring Data JPA.
- DATABASE - Experience with Database technologies such as Teradata, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- KAFKA - Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and asynchronous programming & Manage Docker containers and containerization processes (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud & Scalable Infrastructure – Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, serverless architectures, and cloud-native CMS deployments.
- Open-Source Development – Contribution to open-source projects and experience customizing CMS frameworks to extend functionalities.
- Marketing Tech & Automation – Working knowledge of HubSpot, Marketo, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Zapier, and CRM/CDP platforms.
- Analytics – Familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase, Data Studio, A/B testing, and performance marketing tools.
- Security & Compliance – Ensure integrations follow best security practices, comply with data protection laws, and maintain high uptime & reliability.
