Job Description

On this journey, you will report to Regional Manager - Supply


Your Responsibilities will include: 

Rider Recruitment:


  • Execute comprehensive online and offline strategies to attract and hire new riders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns for rider acquisition.
  • Leverage online platforms, job portals, and community engagement to identify and connect with potential riders.

Onboarding Process:


  • Streamline and optimize the onboarding process for new riders, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to new riders during the onboarding phase, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth transition.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to align rider acquisition strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance rider recruitment efforts.

Data Analysis:


  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to rider acquisition and onboarding.

Training and Development:


  • Collaborate with training teams to ensure that new riders receive proper orientation and training.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in the onboarding and training processes.

Compliance:


  • Ensure that all rider recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in rider acquisition.

Qualifications

Your role in this journey requires the following:


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ proven experience in operations or a similar role, preferably in the ride-sharing, food delivery or the logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with online delivery platforms and e-commerce.
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to meet stakeholders as needed.
