Job Description

Eligibility:


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized institute/university

Experience:


  • Up to 2 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Group Head’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) and respond on behalf of the Group Head as necessary.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and internal/external communications.
  • Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, and other departments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidential records and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Skills Required:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills, Pro-acticve approach and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with senior executives and regulatory bodies
  • Proficient in Canva and other graphic design tools
  • Familiarity with Shariah compliance principles and Islamic finance
