Learning Transformation and Project Management
  • Support the Lead in the management of the day-to-day work, planning resource needs, workload distribution, allocation of tasks and monitor service levels to ensure the team meets its objectives.
  • Monitor and help resolve escalation of queries to improve front line service, support, and learning experience.
  • Deliver a quality and efficient service by engaging proactively with stakeholders to anticipate learning needs and create delivery value.
  • Act as subject matter expert by providing training, guidance, and resolution to complex processes and builds.
  • Support in maintain, updating and creating learning curriculums on a day-to-day basis adhering to SLA while maintain quality.
  • Has the exposure of building learning experiences in LXP platforms and work with Tech to implement new changes.
  • Understands integrations from LMS to LXPs, ideally SuccessFactors, Degreed.


HR Operations
  • Ensure processes and actions are completed daily in a timely, consistent manner within a set of compliance guidelines.
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.            
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks assigned from time to time.


Key Challenges
  • This position addresses tight deadlines; an exposure to confidential information requires exceptional integrity.
  • Need to be technically adept with strong attention to detail and a perseverance to deliver results independently.
  • Be an adaptable team player with a strong service ethic.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders within the Area / Region while ensuring that processes remain standard and streamlined, keeping localisations at an absolute minimum.


Skills and Experience
  • Able to manage projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines and expectations.
  • Ability to ensure data integrity through demonstrated attention to detail and quality data input.
  • A flair for continuous improvement implementation through previously acquired knowledge management.
  • A strong track record of application of Talent & Learning best practices in Shared Services environment.
  • Basic change management skills to deliver new processes into Shared Services through effective initiative.
