Job Description

On this journey, you will report to Senior Manager BPO/Central Ops (Rider Service).


Job Role and Responsibilities:


  • You’ll be responsible to provide direct support to riders at the hub office in the city.
  • In this partner facing role, you will be required to use available resources to maintain a service-oriented attitude towards our delivery partners.
  • Job requires exceptional negotiation skills & an ability to work under pressure
  • As one of the brains behind delivery operations done by our delivery “heroes” and managed by our partner BPO, you will be responsible to own-the-problems and solve them one at a time for a systematic improvement
  • You’ll be expected to bring improvement in Rider NPS and Rider Satisfaction (RSAT) scores 

Qualifications

Your role in this journey requires the following:


  • A 4-year degree program from a reputable institution
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality
  • You must be adept at G-Suite
