Position Related
This role is responsible for supporting Record to Report process for different geographies and sub processes. This will include recording of Inter-company and FCC bookings in General Ledger, Intercompany Reconciliations and FCC Reporting for delivering services to the in-scope business units. This role will also be responsible for day-to-day compliance to Service Level Agreements and execution of daily routines.
Goals
- Manage reporting in-line with the Group Accounting guidelines.
- Process transactions as per desk top procedures
- Adhere to agreed SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives including standardization of process
Your Typical day at work
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting based on Group Accounting guidelines in Oracle EPM.
- Preparation and monitoring of Intercompany reconciliations along with reporting to Group Accounting.
- Preparation and Monitoring of reconciliation between FCC and Oracle Financials used for recording of transactions monthly.
- Manage communications and provision required information to external auditors as agreed with Business units.
- Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors.
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
- Cross team support in delivering daily tasks.
- Maintaining daily performance sheet.
- Driving process standardization across the Group.
- Reporting to line management on overall performance for this process
- Identifying opportunities to improve policies and procedures.
- Ensuring documentation and updating of SOPs.
- Managing ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required

Eligibility Criteria
Experience and Qualification:
- ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist
- Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS)
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance preferably in a multinational environment
- Experience in accounting and financial systems
- Strong analytic and interpersonal skills
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
- Excellent communications skills with proficiency in Verbal & Written English language.
- Ready to accept challenges and meet stringent deadlines.
- Well versed with International Accounting Standards
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
- Sound knowledge of Oracle Fusion and FCC is a plus.
- Good Time-management and strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated to undertake responsibilities and work without supervision.
- Ability to bond and adjust within the team and department
