Job Title: Executive Assistant Supporting: M&A Lead Generation, M&A Transaction Execution, Administrative LogisticsLocation: Onsite,  I-9/2, IslamabadTimings: 2pm - 11pm or 4pm - 1 am, Pakistan Standard TimeSkills: Communication, Administrative support, Hubspot CRM data entry and management, Lead generation (making lists, finding contact information), email outreach, Project coordination, Attention to detail, calendar & travel management, Microsoft office, teams, onedrivePosition Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and process-oriented Executive Assistant to support business acquisition initiatives and operational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage business acquisition processes, and the capability to maintain and streamline information through a CRM system. The candidate will also liaise with brokers handling businesses for sale (as well as business owners of companies being acquired, M&A vendors such as lawyers, accountants, etc.) in the United States and ensure smooth communication. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:M&A Lead Generation & Outreach:Identify and generate leads through off-market, brokered, and proprietary channels. Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other outreach tools to connect with business owners that may want to sell their company, and brokers that may have companies for sale. Manage and track leads throughout the entire lead cycle, from initial outreach to conversion (signing of Letter of Intent).CRM Management:Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, manage the M&A “sales” pipeline, and follow up effectively. Ensure that CRM data is accurate, organized, and up-to-date, providing insights into deal flow and outreach success.M&A Project Management/Support:Support the Executive  in managing multiple strategic projects (primarily M&A/acquisitions), ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Coordinate the preparation of key business documents, presentations, and internal communications.Meeting & Calendar Management:Schedule and manage meetings with internal teams, external partners, and potential leads.Organize and prioritize the Executive’s calendar to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Travel & Logistics Management:Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the Executives.Administrative & Document Support:Assist with preparing and organizing reports, memos, presentations, and other business documents.Handle day-to-day administrative support for the Executives, including managing emails and correspondence.Experience:5+ years in a business support or administrative role, ideally with experience in M&A lead generation, sales, or outreach across off-market, brokered, and proprietary channels.Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing sales cycles and outreach strategies, plus experience supporting M&A transaction execution.Qualification:BBA or MBA from a reputable institutionWhy VASL?At VASL, we are seeking the brightest talent to join us in our mission to become the premier "business process as a service" provider worldwide.
