Job Description:
We're on the look out for a visionary and hands-on Engineering Manager to spearhead and scale our engineering initiatives in the exciting world of IT Healthcare. We're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and lead by example, all while nurturing and expanding a high-performance team.
The Engineering Manager will act as a driving force behind delivering cutting-edge, scalable, and secure software solutions that power the future of Health Tech Industry. his collaborate with talented engineers, guiding them through every stage of development from architecture design to DevOps, SQA, and project management ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
In this role, he will be entrusted with overseeing the full engineering lifecycle, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standards and meets the ever-growing demands of the clients. His leadership will be instrumental in shaping both the technical direction and the team culture, making a direct impact on the future of the company.
Responsibilities:
10+ years of hands-on coding experience with JAVA, angular, SQL, mongo, react and related stack. He should be able to dive into the code, when necessary, mentor the team, and drive technical excellence
5+ years of proven experience leading and managing large engineering teams in the software or SaaS industry.
He should be able to foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and provide clear direction across cross-functional teams
Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, scalable, and secure architectures. Proven ability to deliver technical solutions that meet both performance and security requirements while leading teams through rapid development cycles
Demonstrated ability to lead projects/Products with agility, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained while meeting tight deadlines.
Experience with DevOps practices, SQA, and security management is essential for ensuring seamless, reliable delivery
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead team discussions.
He must be able to inspire and motivate teams, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across all levels
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
