Engineer IV - Oracle ReIM

Confiz LLC is seeking a Engineer IV - Oracle ReIM  to join our Finance Technology Delivery team as we intensify the pace of innovation and support future growth through technology solutions. The Software Engineer will be responsible for supporting mission-critical Integrations between source data with financial SaaS and Custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and build data sources, data mappings, and integration points across a diverse application portfolio
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of technical concepts, issues, trends, and best practices as they relate to Oracle cloud technologies and system integrations.
• Identify performance issues; apply knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals.
• Preparing documentation, such as Technical Design Specifications
• Facilitates cross functional troubleshooting, root cause analysis and engages others when needed.
• Providing production support. This includes troubleshooting break/fix issues, resolving technically complex software defects, and conducting performance tuning.
• When required, logging Service Requests with Oracle and working with Oracle to resolve defects.
• Coordinating and troubleshooting with system analysts, developers, and business owners for interface support
• Develop and support interfaces between ReIM and other financial and retail modules.
• Mentor others on the team and raise the bar for technical knowledge across a wide spectrum.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of information technology concepts issues, trends and best practices as they relate to Cloud technologies and system integrations.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance to development standards and best practices. Applying standard development practices throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience Implementing, Developing and Enhancing Oracle ReIM functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle EBS and other Oracle Retail applications
• Customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite particularly financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, stored procedures, Oracle workflow, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, JDeveloper, SOA suite etc.
• Strong understanding of data migration, interfaces, and customizations in Oracle Retail.
• Proficiency in Troubleshoot and resolve ReIM-related production issues.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting,Experience in RESTful architecture and microservices development is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle is must and other relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) is a plus and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience working with cloud-based services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with GIT version control, and CI/CD (Continuous integration/continuous deployment
• Preferred to have recent experience with upgrade to Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Prior experience implementing Oracle EBS upgrade 12.2 is a plus
• Experience integrating with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Financials) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
