INTRODUCTION:


Jazz, in collaboration with LUMS, presents "Empower: Developing Leaders" an Executive Development Programme for leadership with Inclusivity. This programme aims to enhance leadership capacities, address barriers, and foster significant contributions to business strategy through improved collaboration and cross-industry networking.


PROGRAMME FOCUS AREAS:


Empower: Developing Leaders will be built upon the following key areas of focus:


LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:


  • Problem Solving: Leaders can find creative solutions to inclusivity issues both anticipated and unanticipated. These solutions can encourage team members to get involved in the problem-solving process helping them feel like contributors instead of bystanders.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Here, leaders can use their skills to build collaboration and empathy among employees who may rarely, if ever, share the same physical space.
  • Mentorship: The process of seasoned leaders personally guiding less-experienced managers through an organization's leadership.

TEAM AND DIVERSITY:


  • Conflict Resolution: Leaders can approach office conflicts as opportunities for growth and change rather than simply situations requiring de-escalations in a diversified and inclusive environment.
  • Trust Building: Establishing a culture of trust can allow leaders to collaborate with their teams more effectively promoting synergy in diverse teams.

DIGITISATION:


  • Digital Literacy: Introduce digital inclusive products that will help them become economically empowered.

Requirements


ELIGIBILITY:


  • 5-12 years of management experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


  • Confirmation in the programme is selective to ensure a diversity of perspectives and experiences.
  • This will be a 4-day programme that will take place from February 17th – February 20th, 2025.
  • Selected candidates will be notified of the detailed agenda.
  • It is a fully residential programme. Participants are required to check-in on February 17th by 1:00 pm to attend the opening session at 2:00 PM.
  • Travel cost to and from LUMS is NOT covered.
