Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across different customer journeys (cold outreach, lead nurturing, re-engagement).
Optimize email sequences using A/B testing, personalization, and automation workflows.
Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) for list segmentation and performance tracking.
Write compelling email copy with clear CTAs, aligned with audience personas.
Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
Requirements
Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar).
Strong knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
Ability to write engaging, high-converting email copy.
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
Understanding of email deliverability, list management, and compliance regulations.
Bonus: Experience with multi-channel automation (LinkedIn + Email + Retargeting).
