Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Strategy:
- Plan, create, and implement targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to attract new business clients.
- Manage the full email lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and execution through to analysis.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant communication.
Content Creation & Design: - Write compelling and engaging email copy with clear calls to action.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure content is optimized for conversion and meets the needs of various stages in the customer journey.
Automation & Drip Campaigns: - Set up and maintain email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Use marketing automation tools to design and deploy drip campaigns that target various business segments.
- Continuously optimize email automation sequences to improve open rates and lead conversion.
Performance Analysis: - Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize engagement.
Compliance & Data Management: - Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate email databases and contact lists, ensuring proper segmentation.
- Monitor email deliverability and resolve issues related to spam filtering and blacklists.
Collaboration: - Work closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with lead generation and customer acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies or partners when necessary for large-scale campaigns.
