JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

Support in Electrical Supervisor Function Electrical section and provide overall coordination of plant activities and establish priorities. Strategies and compliance of EHS Standards and policies.

Principal Duties:

• To Support function of Electrical section and provide overall coordination of plant activities.
• Perform trouble free smooth operation of plant machineries/system and EHS standard and policies.
• Suggest improvement and modification upgrade existing operation regarding electrical activities.
• Ensure provision of necessary training (area. equipment. manpower etc.) to meet the quality and compliance of EHS standard and policies.
• Maintain equipment under condition. which meet AI policies/procedure, Local Regulatory and cGMP requirements. using approved documentation.
• Monitor and control expenses, manage product cost and work to reduce cost.
• Keep all electrical operation under controlled environment, meeting all Health, safety and Housekeeping standards.
• Troubleshoot Engineering issues regarding Pharma machine, utilities, power generators, distribution network, fork lifter etc.
• Assist to electrical engineer about electrical networking in new project.
• Assist to electrical engineer in Installation of new machine and equipment startup.
• Any other Job assigned by electrical engineer (plant maintenance.)
• Maintain/check Inventory of Electrical spare of Pharma equipment to ensure minimum breakdown and smooth operation.
• Keep all engineering operations under controlled environment. Meeting all CGMP, Health, Safety, and Housekeeping Standards. Assure compliance with EPO, local and Abbott EHS, Engineering standards rules, policies and law and safe workplace.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifi:

• Knowledge of operations Troubleshoot engineering issue regarding Pharma machine. utilities, power generators, distribution network. Fork lifter etc, also knowledge of budgeting, costing, New PLC system designing.
• 4 – 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• BE (Electrical) / B. Tech/DAE
