𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Power Electronics:

   
   

• Strong knowledge of power electronic circuits, topologies, and components (e.g., MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, capacitors, inductors)
• Experience in designing and optimizing AC-DC converters (e.g., rectifiers, buck/boost converters, flyback converters).
• Familiarity with power factor correction (PFC) techniques and efficiency optimization.

• Expertise in designing and troubleshooting AC-DC power supply systems.

  
  

• Knowledge of isolated and non-isolated converter designs.

  
  

• Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance and mitigation techniques.

  
  

2. Energy Monitoring ICs:

• Hands-on experience with energy monitoring ICs

  
  
• Ability to integrate energy monitoring ICs into power systems for accurate energy measurement and reporting.

3. Battery Management Systems (BMS):

• Proficiency in designing and implementing BMS for lithium-ion or other battery chemistries.

• Knowledge of cell balancing, state-of-charge (SoC) estimation, and thermal management.

4. Communication Protocols:

• MQTT: Experience with MQTT for IoT-based communication and data exchange.
• OCPP/OCPI: Knowledge of Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) and Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI) for EV charging systems.
• CAN Bus: Expertise in CAN bus communication for automotive or industrial applications.
• TCP/IP: Familiarity with TCP/IP stack for network communication and IoT integration.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Experience in managing end-to-end projects, from concept to deployment.

  
  

• Ability to create project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.

  
  

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, mechanical) to deliver integrated solutions.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and clients.

  
  

3. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in projects and implement mitigation strategies.

  
  

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

1. Education:

   
   

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

 2.    Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in power electronics,

  
  

• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
