EDU Manager Traction and Energy Projects in our dynamic Train System division we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated teammates.
You'll lead the specification and technical oversight of System Architecture Areas (SAA) for various projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Engineering, Product Leaders), ensure the integration and compatibility of subsystem specifications, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining Train System architecture and operational modes, but also manage technical relationships with suppliers.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing technical requirements and allocating them to subsystems
Defining and performing Train verification strategies
Writing sub-system specifications and managing technical contacts with suppliers
Supporting the Train Performance Manager in defining train configurations
Coordinating across disciplines to resolve technical issues during the design phase
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes

Degree in Engineering or equivalent educational degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in Railways engineering
Global understanding of internal processes (Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Procurement/Supplier, Industrial)
Business English fluency
Strong coordination, communication skills, and team spirit
Willingness to travel as required
Ability to switch between problem and solution perspectives and to challenge and be challenged
