Could you be the full-time EDU Manager – Mechanical Integration in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, resilient, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the Mechanical Integration Team, ensuring the deployment of our Quality Management System and engineering excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Validation, Sourcing, and more), managing workloads and resources, and ensuring compliance with our quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
You’ll specifically take care of developing team capabilities, defining mechanical integration architecture, and managing project deliverables, but also contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Effective leadership and development of the Mechanical Integration Team
Ensuring the application of domain-specific rules, processes, and tools
Preparation and follow-up on mechanical design reviews
Identification and mitigation of risks within the mechanical domain
Quality assurance and customer acceptance of mechanical domain deliverables
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical domain

Experience or understanding of railway product design and integration
