Job Title: EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation, migration and support of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions for our diverse clients. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit and analyze business requirements from clients, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle modules.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Oracle modules to meet client needs, including customizations and extensions as required.
• Implementation and Support: Lead and participate in the implementation of solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of EBS architecture, modules, and technologies.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to EBS.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest EBS releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of EBS ERP, SCM and HCM modules
• Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in relevant industries (e.g., life sciences, semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant technologies.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex EBS challenges.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
