Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to manage raw material dispensaries within applicable safety and quality standards for the smooth run up of Warehouse activities in most cost-effective manner.
Education, Experience & Skills
- PHARM-D
- 1 Year of Experience in Raw Material dispensing and capability to manage people. To have ability to solve problems and develop others
- Knowledge in Warehouse processes i.e. inbound, storage, issuance, and stock adjustments.
- Good interpersonal communications skills at all levels
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all operations in manufacturing, filling and packing area of Spansules, CHC & Otics are carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP’s) so as to ensure the production of quality products.
- To manage Zed (Deviation) and encourage the staff to report ZeD.
- Effective QMS implementation within the Spansules, CHC & Otics by working as QMS & audit readiness representative of the Non-Derms department and ensure that all activities are carried out with well-defined standards, meeting the requirement of latest GQPs and GQMP’s.
- To conduct the Level 1 Audit and manage for Level 2 and assist Manager in the preparation of Level 3 Audit.
- Working as record retention Expert for effective implementation of record retention process.
- Coordinate with Engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment to run the production process smooth and as per plan.
- Complete actions against Monthly SQC (Site Quality Council) meeting with target dates to support the Quality KPIs
- Effective GPS implementation within the department to work with Zero accident, defect and waste.
- Work together with team to improve area GMP compliance and 100% inspection readiness.
- Deliver financial saving targets of the department by taking improvement initiatives time to time.
- Efficient utilization of human resources along with production equipment`s
- Develop non-management staff on multiple skills.
- Ensure L1, L2, QMS on time and timely closure of actions.
- As a risk representative raise minimum one risk within department in a month and ensure that all
- Risk actions have been timely clos To help in Receipt/Issuance of raw material as per Warehouse and production
- SOPs/EHSP. Support and maintain raw material as per their storage conditions and use.
- To conduct cycle counts as per Warehouse SOP and discuss short/excess of stock with raw material store In Charge.
- Dispensing of raw material in central and department dedicated dispensaries and preparation of required documentation.
- To implement and maintain cGMP, QMS and EHS standards in raw material warehouse and dispensing area. Ensure housekeeping and maintenance of equipment and facilities in dispensing area
- To prepare SOPs, validation and general documentation in Warehouse. To record and maintain daily checklists of applicable SOPs in raw material store.
- Support in managing QMS implementation in Warehouse.
- Support in preparing training record of Warehouse staff.
- To involve in preparation of Level, 1, 2, 3 audits of Warehouse and to prepare compliance of the same. Provide support to conduct annual physical stock count (Finance audit)
- To mitigate EHS and QMS risks of raw material. To achieve process safety awareness competency level.
- To build better cross functional co-ordination (Horizontally, vertically) for the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
