Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic security plans aligned with organizational goals, advising senior leadership on security threats and concerns.
- Oversee security operations, including regular patrols, incident investigations, and crisis management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with corporate loss prevention, safety, and security management guidelines, conducting regular audits and maintaining detailed logs and reports.
- Design and deliver security awareness and training programs for staff, including fire safety, workplace violence prevention, and emergency procedures.
- Manage facility security systems, including CCTV surveillance, access control, and fire safety equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering Team.
- Plan and execute security measures for special events and VIP visits, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and update the Business Continuity Plan, ensuring organizational readiness for various scenarios.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with strategic vision in security management
- Extensive knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and crisis management
- Understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to develop and deliver effective security training programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
