Pavago is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Customer Acquisition to lead marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition through omni-channel marketing strategies, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and personalized outreach campaigns to engage healthcare professionals and organizations through both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and ready to elevate our marketing efforts to new heights for
our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Predefined Monthly Content Strategies: Develop and implement monthly content calendars for email, social media, and CRM platforms to drive lead generation and engagement. Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals, adjusting content as needed based on audience feedback and campaign performance.
- Omni-Channel Lead Generation: Create and execute omni-channel lead generation campaigns across organic and paid channels (SEO, PPC, social media) for healthcare organizations.
- Content Strategy Optimization: Leverage analytics to refine blog content strategies, enhance SEO performance, and drive organic traffic in healthcare verticals. Regularly assess content performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- B2B Healthcare Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to acquire new clients in the B2B healthcare sector via email, social media, and other digital touchpoints. Monitor outreach effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on response rates and overall campaign success.
- Digital & Print Marketing Campaigns: Develop integrated digital and print marketing campaigns, create custom outreach materials, and analyze performance to optimize results. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
What Makes You a Perfect Candidate?
- Experience in Consumer Marketing: Experience in consumer marketing strategies, with the ability to understand both B2B and B2C dynamics, and apply insights to effectively engage and acquire customers in the healthcare sector.
- Proven Experience in Omni-Channel Marketing: Proven experience in developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies, particularly within the B2B healthcare sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical proficiency with marketing tools such as Zoho CRM, GoCRM, SendGrid, and WordPress.
- Email Campaigns & CRM Management Expertise: Expertise in running email drip campaigns, managing CRM outreach, and optimizing content strategies for lead generation.
- Creative and Technical Integration: A creative thinker who can combine technical skills with content creation to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of optimizing marketing efforts based on data insights and performance metrics.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A typical day involves reviewing campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed. You’ll collaborate with the content team to align upcoming content with goals, and ensure email campaigns are nurturing leads effectively. Throughout the day, you'll check in with sales and CRM teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates. In the afternoon, you’ll refine omni-channel strategies and set goals for the next day to stay on track with ongoing initiatives.
