Job Overview:


CureMD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR functions, including Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Enablement. This role will also be instrumental in driving our Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to ensure an engaged, productive, and thriving workforce. The Director - HR will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with our organizational goals and foster a culture that supports growth, inclusivity, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals and driving people-focused initiatives that support business success.
  • Coach leaders on team effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Lead change management and OD initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and align people strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and implement effective change management programs.
  • Oversee learning programs that enhance employee development, leadership skills, and career growth, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure employees have access to resources that support personal and professional growth.
  • Direct the talent acquisition team in building a strong and diverse talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to optimize employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leveraging data to measure the impact of talent initiatives.
  • Establish and continuously refine HR policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, promote fair treatment, and support organizational goals.
  • Regularly review and update policies to align with best practices and evolving legal standards, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions such as Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Enablement.
  • Strong understanding of Organizational Development and change management principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across all levels.
  • Experience with HR analytics and the use of data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as familiarity with industry-standard HR tools and software.
