Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator, with a focus on communications management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives related to communication strategies within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing and branding principles.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly reports of digital marketing department
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting dashboard to management
- Keeps track of all projects, tasks, timelines of digital marketing department.
- Coordinate and organize daily, bi-weekly, weekly, Bi-monthly and Monthly meetings of management with digital department
- Create agenda, record meetings, provide minutes with action items of the meetings
- Ensure the action items are in the system and montitor progress
- Trigger issues and inactivities in digital department on timely basis
- Corodinate with consultants, Organzie audits and present to managemt
- Organize meetings with consultants and auditors
- Keep track of targets and inform to management in the reporting.
- Provide support to senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all communication activities.
