Assist in creating feature/user stories for digital products along with the ideation of wireframes and mockups
Support communication efforts to bridge gaps between design, engineering, operations, sales and end-users
Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements around the optimization of existing product features
Conduct research on competitive positioning and contribute to the delivery of industry-recognized products
Participate in identifying user pain points and assist in keeping the product on track or adjusting course as needed
Gather and analyze user feedback, and identify product bugs to ensure smooth operations of business functions on the platform
Degree in CS, IT or a related field
Basic understanding of Product Management principles
Good communication, technical writing and presentation skills
Familiarity with designing user interfaces and creating simple, intuitive designs
Basic knowledge of the Agile framework and willingness to learn its application within teams
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Ability to be versatile, flexible and eager to learn about both technical issues and business strategies
Prior experience of Product Management will be preferred
