• Assist in creating feature/user stories for digital products along with the ideation of wireframes and mockups
  

  
  

• Support communication efforts to bridge gaps between design, engineering, operations, sales and end-users
  

  
  

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements around the optimization of existing product features
  

  
  

• Conduct research on competitive positioning and contribute to the delivery of industry-recognized products
  

  
  

• Participate in identifying user pain points and assist in keeping the product on track or adjusting course as needed
  

  
  

• Gather and analyze user feedback, and identify product bugs to ensure smooth operations of business functions on the platform
  

  
  

• Degree in CS, IT or a related field
  

  
  

• Basic understanding of Product Management principles
  

  
  

• Good communication, technical writing and presentation skills
  

  
  

• Familiarity with designing user interfaces and creating simple, intuitive designs
  

  
  

• Basic knowledge of the Agile framework and willingness to learn its application within teams
  

  
  

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  

  
  

• Ability to be versatile, flexible and eager to learn about both technical issues and business strategies
  

  
  

• Prior experience of Product Management will be preferred
