Job Description
7Vals is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution in North America. You will be responsible for managing a significant 6-figure budget across various digital channels to drive qualified leads and accelerate customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, a data-driven mindset, a proven track record of success in managing and scaling high-performing paid campaigns, and a solid understanding of SEO principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize campaigns daily, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging paid media trends and best practices.
Budget Management & Reporting:
- Oversee a 6-figure paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
SEO for B2B SaaS:
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and drives organic traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for relevant keywords and search intent.
- Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and other key SEO metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align paid media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors.
Tools & Technology:
- Utilize marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads) to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Leverage ad management tools and platforms to streamline campaign management and reporting.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to improve performance and drive efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify optimal strategies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling 7-6-figure paid media budgets.

Expertise: Deep understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and ad management platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tactics.
