Job Description

7Vals is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution in North America. You will be responsible for managing a significant 6-figure budget across various digital channels to drive qualified leads and accelerate customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, a data-driven mindset, a proven track record of success in managing and scaling high-performing paid campaigns, and a solid understanding of SEO principles.


Key Responsibilities:


Paid Media Strategy & Execution:


  1. Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  3. Manage and optimize campaigns daily, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
  4. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging paid media trends and best practices.

Budget Management & Reporting:


  1. Oversee a 6-figure paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  2. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  3. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

SEO for B2B SaaS:


  1. Develop and implement an SEO strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and drives organic traffic to the website.
  2. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition.
  3. Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for relevant keywords and search intent.
  4. Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  5. Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and other key SEO metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Communication:


  1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align paid media efforts with overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors.

Tools & Technology:


  1. Utilize marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads) to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
  2. Leverage ad management tools and platforms to streamline campaign management and reporting.

Continuous Improvement:


  1. Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to improve performance and drive efficiency.
  2. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify optimal strategies.
  3. Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling 7-6-figure paid media budgets.
  2. Expertise: Deep understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and ad management platforms.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Bonus Points:


  1. Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tactics.
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot).
  3. Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms.
