Job Timings: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi

Position Purpose:


We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our awesome marketing team. The role of this position requires an upbeat, energetic, motivated, and well-rounded individual who has a passion for digital marketing. Education & Professional Qualification:


  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): N/A

Experience:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in a related field.

    Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients directly via phone or virtual meetings.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
  • Manage social media and other marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting in PPC marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Exceptional at analyzing numbers by using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
  • Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from the web and social media pages.
  • Plan and execute a digital marketing calendar.
  • Proficient in drawing Social Media Marketing analysis and reports.
  • Manage the planning, implementation, and day-to-day running of marketing activity.
  • Ensure marketing channels are tracked, reported, and driven forward whilst ensuring spending against budget brings ROI.
  • Report back on KPIs so that these can be presented to the top management.
  • Identify new target audiences and monitor trends through search algorithms and clicks.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Consistently review, analyze, adjust and report on results achieved on all campaigns.
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
  • Contact leads, provide project information and communicate other related information to the lead.
  • The ability to work with a team of marketers, designers, programmers and other disciplines to meet our client's marketing goals.
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.




Requirements
  • Knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, and various other online marketing tactics.
  • Excellent proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to work with teams are essential.
  • Superior writing, editing, proofreading, and quality assurance.
  • Experience with managing clients.
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions.
  • Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and effectively manages priorities.
  • Be able to communicate with the internal and external team, and plan and manage tasks.
  • Be open-minded to new ideas, insights, and opportunities from all sources.
  • Work within a team and be able to delegate where necessary.
  • High integrity, excellent business decision-making skills, and discretion in the management of confidential corporate information.
  • Academic or educational marketing experience preferred.
