We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to manage social media, content marketing, email automation, paid advertising campaigns, and creative asset development. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies. You will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring strong visual and creative consistency in all marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing & Website Management: Manage and update the company blog and website to align with SEO best practices. Create and publish engaging blog posts, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Design lead magnets, downloadable guides, and marketing materials. Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website UX and performance.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. Design visually appealing graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for brand consistency. Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and foster audience growth. Analyze social media performance and optimize content for engagement and reach.
- Email Marketing & Campaign Automation: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Develop lead generation funnels and automated email sequences. Design visually compelling email templates and perform A/B testing for optimization.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google PPC, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Create high-converting ad creatives and analyze campaign performance. Adjust budgets and strategies based on performance to maximize ROI.
- Graphic Design & Creative Asset Development: Design high-quality ad creatives, lead magnets, ebooks, and promotional materials. Produce visual assets for presentations, reports, and internal marketing use. Edit and create short-form videos and GIFs for social media and paid ads.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs like traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROAS. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for performance tracking. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and paid media management.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
- Strong skills in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Ability to edit videos and create short-form content for social media and ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, website management (WordPress experience preferred), and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A typical day will involve managing content creation for both the website and social media, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with other team members, such as designers and developers, to refine marketing materials. You'll spend time creating engaging ad creatives, drafting blog posts, scheduling social media content, and testing email campaigns. With a focus on optimizing performance, you’ll be constantly monitoring data to adjust strategies and ensure campaigns are delivering strong ROI.
