Position Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to execute and optimize our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and will manage campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search and social media.
- Manage the performance marketing budget to ensure optimal spending.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
Affiliate Marketing Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the program.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with affiliates to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Fraud Prevention & Detection
- Monitor affiliate activities to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior, such as cookie stuffing, fake leads, click fraud, and unauthorized traffic.
- Implement fraud detection tools and techniques to safeguard the affiliate program.
- Conduct regular audits of affiliate traffic and conversions to ensure compliance with program terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale).
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools (e.g., mFilterit, Protect360, Adjust).
- Expertise in key digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
