Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks and initiatives that contribute to the successful operation of our department and the organization as a whole.
- Collaborate with team members to effectively execute projects, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide insightful recommendations and support decision-making processes.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and keep them informed about project progress.
- Maintain and update documentation and reports to reflect current projects and initiatives while ensuring accessibility for future reference.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster a creative and productive working environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Manage the AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, scalability, cost efficiency, and robust security.
- Ensure SLAs and performance metrics are met across all managed services and vendors.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technology operations with business goals and support new deployments.
- Oversee incident management processes, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation, including system configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance activities, ensuring timely closure of findings.
