Job Description
We are looking for a strategic Design Lead to oversee all
aspects of graphic, digital, and UI/UX
design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing
and maintaining a strong visual
identity across all platforms, ensuring high-quality, engaging,
and conversion-driven designs for websites, social media, marketing campaigns,
and branding materials.
Key Responsibilities:1. Design Strategy & Leadership- Lead and oversee all design projects, from concept to execution.
- Develop and maintain brand identity, visual guidelines, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align design with business goals.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality visuals across all digital and print materials.
2. Graphic & Digital Design- Create compelling marketing materials, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and advertising creatives.
- Design engaging web pages, landing pages, and email templates with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Optimize images, videos, and visuals for various platforms (website, social media, paid ads, etc.).
3. UI/UX & Website Optimization- Oversee the design and enhancement of web and mobile user interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct UX research, wireframing, and prototyping to improve website usability and conversions.
- Work with developers to implement responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing websites.
4. Team & Project Management- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and video editors.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and creative direction are met.
- Review and provide feedback on designs to maintain high creative standards.
5. Innovation & Trend Analysis- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
- Experiment with AI tools, animations, and interactive designs to enhance user engagement.
- Ensure designs comply with SEO, accessibility, and digital marketing best practices.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a
related field.Experience:5+ years in graphic design, UI/UX, branding, or digital media,
with at least 2 years in a leadership
role.Skills & Expertise:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Proficiency in UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with website design (WordPress, Web flow, Elementor) and front-end basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and optimize designs for engagement and conversions.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
