Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize manufacturing designs for furniture and interior solutions, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with the production and operations teams to align design output with manufacturing capabilities.
- Perform wastage calculations to optimize material usage and reduce production costs.
- Oversee the order processing cycle, ensuring accurate design execution from concept to final product.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source cost-effective materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement design improvements based on production feedback and market trends.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance protocols in design execution.
- Support new product development (NPD) initiatives with innovative and practical design solutions.
