About the job Deputy Manager HR
HRSI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager HR to join one of their prestigious client in the oil/gas and petroleum industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in HR, specializing in recruitment, business partnering, learning & development, and organizational development (OD).
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the oil/gas & petroleum industry or large multinational/national organisation.
Education: Bachelors or preferably Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with organizational needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand talent requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Implement and maintain best practices in talent acquisition to enhance candidate experience.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support on workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Learning and Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and organizational goals.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Lead initiatives to optimize organizational structure and culture.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive accountability and results.
- Champion change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
