Job Description
• Leading and managing the documentation and some technical writing abilities would be desired.• Developing and implementing documentation delivery processes and procedures to ensure smooth and effective delivery. This includes a combined focus on both Client’s Transaction Banking Product Legal Agreements and Client’s Corporate Online Banking Setup and Maintenance Form.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product management (cash, trade, channels), internal marketing, external marketing agencies, Client website team, client’s intranet team, customer experience group and legal affairs group (incl. external legal counsel), to identify and prioritize documentation needs.
RequirementsExperience: (5 - 10)
years
Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Finance
