We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will be:
- Strong Expertise in Data stage 9.1,11.5, 11.7.
- Strong Expertise in Databases
- Strong Experience is writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis.
- Strong Unix Shell Scripting skills
- Solid understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
- Demonstrable Architectural/design experience in ETL/Business Intelligence projects
- Develop and Unit Test ETL code in DataStage.
- Knowledge on Control-M or any Scheduling tools
- Knowledge on DevOps methodologies
- Strong understanding of BI toolset and capabilities
- Experience and ability to apply SDLC methodology.
- Delivering projects from requirement to implementation under Agile project methods. Design and engineer software with the customer/user experience as a key objective
- Actively contributes to Technology Engineering Practice by sharing Subject Matter Expertise from their area of specialism, best practice and learnings.
- Drives adherence to all standards and policies within their area of Technology Engineering.
- Delivery and support of data related infrastructure and architecture to optimise data storage and consumption across the bank, including addressing functional and non-functional requirements relevant to data in large applications.
- Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team.
- Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
