As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and stability of Machine Learning Pipeline. This role involves working in a team to build advanced ML solutions for different Business Use Cases for Roche.
Your Opportunity
Collect, clean, and lead large datasets related to product performance and patient complaints
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for further analysis
Use advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and root causes
Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to key collaborators
Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and customer service
Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to achieve ideal project delivery and foster collaboration
Who You Are:
You holds bachelor degree with 2+ years of experience in Data Science with good knowledge of SQL and Python. Preferably, you have a Master's in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science or related field
Certifications on AI/ML/Data science would be an added advantage
Should have experience in AWS , Python, Github and SQL
Strong experience in building data science/statistical models (Multivariate regression, Time Series Model, XGBoost, Causal inference etc.)
Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, Causal Inference. Good knowledge of ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark)
Knowledge of US/Europe pharmaceutical market and experience with pharmaceutical data would be a plus
