Job Summary:
As a Product Analyst for Privacy Product at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain progress against product roadmaps, balancing internal and client demands with release schedules.
- Collect tactical requirements from product and internal sources, translate them into actionable material for releases, and shepherd them through the delivery process to meet client expectations.
- Help internal clients solve problems and craft viable solutions that align with the published plan.
- Work closely with IT partners to ensure product demands are understood from a development perspective and that products are delivered according to a published timeline.
- Within the Agile Scrum development methodology:
- Understand the true business need by working with the end-user community. Create and document user stories to clearly convey requirements and acceptance criteria to developers and testers.
- Actively participate in the agile team, including agile scrum ceremonies and meetings. Coordinate and execute UAT testing to match design requirements with produced results and ensure key deliverables support a full view of User Testing.
- Support internal and external teams for integrated testing needs. Support Pilot and Production validation testing, if needed.
- Work with the training team to produce and deliver training materials. Develop communication and presentations for executive leadership.
- Understand the broader Privacy Product and how applications cross-impact each other to maintain a complete product.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
- 1 to 5 years of product or related experience
- 1 or more years of experience taking client requirements and other customer-facing material and delivering a strategic roadmap
- Experience in taking product requirements and other customer-facing material and converting into agile epics and stories to support the development lifecycle.
- An understanding of the software development cycle, agile development methodology and big data management. Proven success working with a variety of internal/external teams at various levels of management
- Experience with technical concepts and working with technical staff as needed. Ability to work independently and develop creative ways to achieve goals
- Experience with JIRA or other tools used to support Agile development methodology.
- Knowledge of PII, metadata and other data management concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, SQL/queries
- 1 or more years of experience working with Agile teams
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions
