Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team at 7Vals. As a SaaS company specializing in cloud-based products for equipment tracking, rental management, accurate data entry is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our data is consistently updated and accessible, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases.
- Verify data accuracy and identify and correct errors where necessary.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring all necessary documentation is retained.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as customer support and operations, to ensure seamless data entry processes.
- Generate reports, retrieve data as requested, and present information in formats required by team members or management.
- Follow data integrity and security policies to ensure all data is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist in data cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field will be a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and basic understanding of cloud-based software is preferred.
