Job Summary:

- Data Verification: Review data for accuracy and completeness by comparing it to source documents; correct any discrepancies found.
- Record Maintenance: Update existing data and maintain organized digital and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Data Organization: Create and manage spreadsheets to efficiently organize large amounts of data, ensuring that information is accessible.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to gather information for data entry and clarify any data requirements as needed.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports from the database as requested by management or other departments.
- Confidentiality: Ensure data security and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Backup Operations: Perform regular backups of data to ensure preservation and integrity of information.
