We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us make data-driven decisions to improve our marketing, sales, and customer service operations. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to client applications, visa success rates, marketing campaigns, and business performance. Your insights will help optimize our strategies and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, website, social media, marketing campaigns, client feedback, etc.).
Develop interactive dashboards and reports to track business performance, visa application trends, and customer behavior.
Identify patterns, trends, and key insights to support decision-making in marketing, sales, and operations.
Work closely with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for lead generation and conversion rates.
Monitor and assess visa success rates, processing times, and application trends to enhance service quality.
Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Use predictive analytics to forecast visa approval probabilities, market trends, and customer demand.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years in a data analyst role, preferably in education, travel, or immigration services.
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for visualization.
