We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to support informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires a solid foundation in data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. The Data Analyst will work closely with multi-functional teams to identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to the overall strategy and efficiency of the organization.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain database and data repositories.
  • Liaison with Research Agency to extract information outside the scope of explorer database.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends. Use statistical models to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to present findings to partners.
  • Work with various departments to understand data needs and support their initiatives. Also Act as a liaison between business units and the analytics team to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Find opportunities for process improvements using data-driven insights.

What are we looking for?


  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within Research Agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in data management, analysis, and visualization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
