Responsibilities
Collect, manage, and maintain HR-related data across systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Generate detailed HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee demographics.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance management. Provide data-driven recommendations to support HR strategy and decision-making.
Assist in workforce planning by providing data-backed insights on future staffing needs, skill gaps, and workforce trends. Support scenario modeling to anticipate HR needs based on company growth and strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations when managing employee data. Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all HR data.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and create custom reports to support special HR projects or management requests. Present findings in a clear and actionable format for senior leadership.
Work closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to provide analytical support and enhance HR processes and initiatives.
