What we’re looking for: iENGINEERING is currently seeking an ideal candidate who will assume the responsibility of leveraging AI pipelines to manipulate data across diverse projects. This individual will play a key role in identifying and addressing any issues within the pipeline, while also maintaining performance analytics to guarantee optimal functionality.
RequirementsWhat you’ll be doing:
Utilize AI pipelines to manipulate and process data for different projects according to project requirements.
Leverage GIS software like QGIS and ArcGIS for Geospatial data analysis.
Troubleshoot issues within the AI pipelines, including data quality problems, algorithmic errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Track key metrics, create Grafana dashboards, and analyze data to optimize the balance between manual and automated efforts.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members regarding the use and maintenance of AI pipelines.
Emphasize strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork and working as a bridge between Service Delivery and Ai team.
Oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
Continuously learn and adapt to the latest developments in AI and data analytics.
Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards in all AI pipeline activities.
What you’ll bring along:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2+ years of hands-on experience in the field.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for EDA and data analysis with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Geopandas and Shapely.
Experience in geospatial data analytics, including working with QGIS, ESRI products, and ArcGIS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges.
A detail-oriented approach, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Experience in performance analytics and deriving insights from data.
Knowledge of the Transportation Infrastructure Ecosystem and Asset Management is an advantage.
Certifications in AI, data analytics, or related fields are a plus.

A little about us: iENGINEERING, aims to revolutionize the entire road asset management chain: from collecting roadway/drone imagery to extracting features of interest to providing data maps and decision support systems. We are revamping our end-to-end product and service line to deliver up-to-date and accurate road data to our customers. This data allows road authorities in the US to develop maintenance plans and take measures to make roads safer for everyone. These authorities no longer need to rely on tedious, expensive, and unreliable processes to get their hands around this data.
