We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Technology Training and Events Coordination: Plan, facilitate, and deliver technology-focused upskilling programs and product awareness initiatives, ensuring effective management of logistics and communications for global events.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the technology organization, as well as external partners, to align program objectives with business needs.
- Strategic Communications: Design, develop, and manage communications to support the delivery of technology-related initiatives and promote engagement across the organization.
- Data Management and Insights: Gather and analyze event-related data, manage records, and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documents to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Operational and Administrative Support: Proactively undertake administrative tasks to support the Customer Success team, ensuring smooth execution and delivery within required timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage feedback and insights to enhance the quality and impact of technology-focused programs and initiatives
