Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to connect with our customers. Ensuring that they are getting the best experience by addressing customers’ inquiries, providing information, and logging their complaints. 


What you will do:
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging experience by addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.


  • Verify and log undelivered orders marked by riders in the database.


  • Listen to and document all customer complaints, closely monitoring any breaches of SLAs.


  • Ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently


  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to be able to respond to customer queries.


What we are looking for:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Experience in customer service, support or related field


  • Understanding of Last Mile Logistics is a plus


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 


  • Have a strong eq to calmly handle agitated customers 


  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems and call center software
