Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, product information, and account-related issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference and reporting.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex customer issues and escalate them to appropriate departments for further resolution when necessary.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex customer issues and offer solutions in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools commonly used in customer service roles.
  • Customer Focused: Strong dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts as required by the business.
Work Environment:
  • This position will be based in our Hyderabad office.
