About the role:
Culture and Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring Jeeny as an employer of choice. This role involves developing strategies and initiatives that reflect Jeeny's values, ensuring alignment between internal culture and external employer branding efforts.
Responsibilities:
Culture Development:
- Promote and embed company values across all levels at the organization.
- Collect feedback through employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and one-on-ones to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with leaders and HRBP’s to develop culture-driven programs that align with business objectives.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally. Through different channels.
- Work closely with the brand team to create compelling employer branding content.
- Develop Employer brand strategies to help attract and retain talents.
- Tack, Analyze and report different employer branding metrics.
- Increase brand visibility and strengthen online presence.
- Partner with universities for career fairs and internships.
- Participate in charity events, volunteering, or sponsorships to align the company with positive social causes.
Employee Experience:
- Ensure consistent employee experiences from onboarding through the entire employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure an engaging, and positive experience for candidates throughout the process, aligning hiring practices with the company’s culture and values.
- Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
