Pavago is seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel Expert to join our client’s team, supporting clients in maximizing the potential of their CRM and automation capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- GoHighLevel Setup & Optimization: Configure and customize GoHighLevel accounts, including pipelines, funnels, and automations, to align with client business goals.
- Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement to drive productivity and sales growth.
- CRM Management: Manage and organize customer data, lead tagging, and segmentation for better targeting and efficient lead management.
- Client Consultation & Support: Regularly meet with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and make improvements to GHL setups.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) within GHL, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Resolve technical issues within GHL to ensure uninterrupted service.
- System Integration: Integrate GoHighLevel with additional tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Sheets) to streamline client operations.

- Proficiency in setting up workflows, funnels, pipelines, and automated campaigns in GHL.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Experience with system integrations using tools like Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, or Zapier.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and understand their requirements.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
- Start your day with client check-ins, reviewing performance metrics and account health.
- Work on GHL configuration and automations for new client campaigns, ensuring all workflows are optimized.
- Conduct periodic audits on active campaigns, analyzing data to refine and enhance client engagement strategies.
- Participate in a team meeting or client consultation to discuss upcoming projects and refine strategies.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues within GoHighLevel, ensuring smooth operation for clients.
