Job Description

Job Purpose


The Corporate Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key corporate accounts to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the corporate/Key account sales, customer needs, and market dynamics.


Education, Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 or more years of commercial experience
  • Considerable knowledge of marketing products or services
  • Incisive analytical and strategic skills
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Extensive experience in Corporate, Key account sales, business development or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the reimbursement mechanisms, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate accounts.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and align them with GSK's product offerings and solutions.
  • Be accountable to develop and execute personalized strategic account plans to drive value and deliver growth.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new accounts.
  • Present and promote GSK's products to corporate clients, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to position GSK's products effectively in the market.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Deliver competitive profitable immunization growth of GSK’s vaccines within strategic accounts.
  • Identifying potential sources of funding (public/private) and developing tailored solutions/value proposition to unlock funding for patients.
  • Manage relationships with, decision makers, and other stakeholders for each strategic account to ensure optimal access for GSK brands.
  • Continuously identify customer insights to drive performance and business opportunities. Follow up on progress and outcome.
  • Develops and execute solutions to address performance gaps for assigned accounts. Proposes activities to enhance performance.
