Job Role / Responsibilities:


This position encompasses administrative support, organization, and execution responsibility for assisting activities of the office of Consultant Radiology Services & Innovation. This position also involves responsibilities associated with quality related activities, assisting in audits and record keeping plus monitoring of KPI’s. He/ she will be responsible for activities related to overtime calculation and other such activities. He/she will also be responsible for archiving, analysing, and presenting the relevant data in periodic manner as defined by Consultant Radiology Services & Innovation.The incumbent will be expected to prepare, analyse and present relevant/defined data related to the department and assist in budgetary (preparation and analysis) support as required.Participating in radiographic/imaging examinations, ensuring accurate patient positioning, exposure parameters, and image quality across various imaging modalities.


  • Provide administrative support to Consultant Radiology Services & Innovation.
  • Plan, prepare and execute tasks related to quality including monitoring of KPI’s and generation of relevant/related reports plus assist in audits.
  • Monitoring leaves, Calculation and submission of department overtime and other such tasks.
  • Manage the administrative and logistic issues related smooth operations of the department.
  • Collect and analyse relevant data and prepare reports.
  • Assist in budget analytics and preparation.
  • Record keeping and update of departmental files/documents.
  • Ensure appropriate ordering and allocation of material resources.
  • Maintain complete record of departmental files and activities.
  • Coordination with the departmental staff
  • Coordinate with different sections of the department to provide support and collect data when required.
  • Provide a collaborative, guiding, and supportive role to staff when the individuals responsible are not available.
  • Provide a collaborative, guiding, and supportive role to on-the-job training program of the department.
  • Monitor day to day activities and provide guidance and timely interventions of operational nature.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Good teamworking, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good facilitation skills.
  • Ability to cope with a heavy workload and frequent interruptions.
  • Organizational skills and ability to co-ordinate and prioritise complex tasks,
  • Awareness of confidentiality related to management support and administrative tasks.
